Store Policies

Book Buyback Policy: The bookstore conducts book buyback on a weekly basis.  Books needed by the bookstore for following terms are purchased for up to ½ the price of the book. Books not adopted for courses will be purchased at the current market value.

REASONS AFFECTING BOOK BUYBACK VALUE

1.  Instructor has authorized re-use of book.

2.  Instructor has discontinued book or not indicated it will be used next term.

3.  Bookstore is overstocked.

4.  Publisher has new edition or prior edition has no value.

5.  Book is in too poor condition to be resold.

6.  Book has limited nationwide demand.

ONE OR SEVERAL OF THE ABOVE REASONS MAY AFFECT THE PRICE OFFERED FOR BOOKS.

General Merchandise Return Policy:

Apparel, Gifts & Accessories 
May be returned with original receipt in “like new” condition with original Bookstore price tags within 30 calendar days from original purchase date.

No refunds on General Books, Dictionaries, Reference Materials, Special Orders, e-Books, or materials containing opened access codes.
